A form of exercise which combines dance and acrobatics centered on a vertical burlesque pole. Pole dancing is fantastic form of cardio and strength training which builds the core as well helps improve flexibility and helps with insurance training.
Pole dance fitness is all about having fun while you exercise. It uses both strength (lifting up your body weight) and cardio (using the moves you have learnt in a sequence or routine) Pole dancing helps you lose weight by building lean muscle , and tones and contours your body though cardio.

Pole dancing Class fees and times:
Pole dancing classes run 4 times a week Monday – Saturday (see class time's table) classes are 1 hour long and include stretching, toning, workouts on the pole as well as dance routines on the pole and warm downs. Fees are as follows:
R80 per class
1 x class a week per month: R250
2 x classes a week per month: R500
3 x classes a week per month R700
3 months upfront contract (15% discount)
1 class a week for 3 months R640
2 classes a week for 3 months R1275

6 months upfront contract (20% discount)
